1. Task 1: Write three forms of the verbs (Base – Past – Past Participle): drink, drive, eat, fall, fight, find, fly, forget, get, give, go.
2. Task 2: Put questions to get more information (It will fly. → What will fly? ва ғайра).
3. Task 3: Read and act the example dialogue, then make your own dialogues about living in skyscrapers.
4. Task 4: Finish the story creatively: “Imagine you are at home alone… Imagine you can never open a window.”
5. Task 5: Pair Talk – Discuss the story with your friend (animals in the forest, picnic ва ғайра).
6. Task 6: Answer the questions (Would you like to live in Europe? What would you do if you lived in Acropolis?).
7. Task 7: Make sentences using when / if (present) + will (future).
8. Task 8: Fill in the blanks (If I don’t go out… When I go home… ва ғайра).

II. Vocabulary Work
New words:
• building — бино

Example sentences:

III. Reading: Text “Living in the Skies”
Students read the text silently and then aloud.
Summary of the text:
Japanese architects plan to build a huge two-kilometre-high building, “Acropolis,” in Tokyo Bay.
The building will have 500 floors and will house over 300,000 people.
It will include restaurants, offices, schools, hospitals, and cinemas.
Special lifts will take only 15 minutes to travel from top to bottom.
People will live as if in a city in the sky.
